I want to help create a space where you feel comfortable and confident in exploring who you are whether that be in your relationships, gender, sexuality, or more. I am going to work to help you feel validated, explore the underlying issues, and find ways to support you when systems you are caught in feel overwhelming.
I strive for a culturally humble, client centered, and trauma informed practice. I use an integrative approach, with an emphasis on emotionally focused therapy, as well as narrative and experiential therapy. I especially value my work with clients who are queer, BIPOC, neurodivergent, nonmongamous, sex workers, kinky, or disabled.
