My client base is mostly people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, adult ADHD and problems related to alcohol and drug use.
I have over 20 years' experience in social services and have extensive experience working with people mental health and mood disorders (e.g. depression, anxiety). I have special interest in working with people whose lives are affected by perfectionism and low self esteem..
