My experience includes 10 years of clinically supporting marginalized folx with navigating their identities and spiritual wellbeing. I am especially mindful of the trauma and discrimination that BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals are susceptible to daily. Your body has been keeping score of all the trauma. But I am here to help you release and heal yourself.
My areas of interests are Anxiety and Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Gender and/or Identity Exploration, Gender Transition, Systemic Oppression, Loss and Grief and Spiritual Wellness.
