LifeSpan Counseling & Psychological Services offers services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I incorporate traditional psychology with modern approaches. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and have a passion for incorporating pop culture into my therapeutic work. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic techniques. My style is educational, informative, and empathic. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and have worked extensively with persons who are developing their sexual identities.
Some of my specialty areas include: Adult, Couples and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Trauma, Abuse, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Loss, Gender Identity, Sexuality and Cultural Issues. Occasionally I offer a Youth Social Skills and Gaming Group and a Black Men's Support Group.
Our group practice is ideal for clients that have family members or partners that need to be seen by other therapists in addition to their own treatment. When there is demand, we also offer groups such as couples workshops, social skills, and parenting training.
