At Empowering Connections Therapy, we believe healing begins with connection. We specialize in bilingual (English/Spanish) play therapy, trauma-informed, and developmentally responsive approaches that meet children and adolescents where they are. Through play, creativity, and evidence-based interventions, we help young clients express emotions they may not yet have the words to describe.
At the heart of our work is a family-centered approach. We partner closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance, education, and practical tools to support healing beyond the therapy room.
