In my practice, I integrate a range of evidence-based treatments and rebalancing modalities to best serve your needs. These include depth psychology, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), depth hypnosis, EMDR, hypnotherapy, coaching and mindfulness tools. I firmly believe that true health and wholeness can be achieved by fostering a holistic balance of the mind, body, and spirit.
My purpose is to empower you to break free from old patterns, heal past wounds, and consciously create your authentic self. Through our work together, you will gain new awareness, enabling you to make choices that align with your truest self.
