My job is not to judge or fix you. It is to walk alongside you, help you make sense of what is happening, and give you the tools to shift it.
I offer virtual therapy in Michigan and Pennsylvania, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, IFS, and person-centered care.
I specialize in OCD, trauma, phobias, and supporting neurodivergent clients, including those seeking gender-affirming care or navigating the impact of institutional trauma.
