I utilize evidence based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) including Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP).
I have 30 years of clinical experience in various treatment settings including hospitals, schools, intensive in-home counseling, and mental health centers. I have completed extensive training in ERP at the University of Pennsylvania with a world renowned expert and I graduated from the International OCD Foundation's Behavior Therapy Training Institute(BTTI).
It is important to me as a therapist to develop a rapport with my clients and offer a non-judgmental experience as I do my best to give them the tools they need to help improve their lives.
