I offer a space to process your experience and deeper emotions, gain insight into your relationships, and address patterns in order to better understand yourself.

I have specialized training in working with individuals who come from diverse religious backgrounds. I have worked with young adults and university students over the last four years.

I also work effectively with a wide variety of people and presenting concerns. My clinical interests include working with anxiety and mood disorders, trauma recovery, identity development, spirituality and family of origin concerns.
