I specialize in working with people suffering anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I help those suffering with debilitating symptoms of nervousness, low self-esteem, anger issues, motivation problems, and problems with self-love. It may be hard to get up in the morning or get moving toward your goals and you just need some extra help to start moving in the right direction. I can help you move through this. Note* I believe in racial justice and providing a space of safety and healing for all. I believe that in order for "all lives to matter" ALL black and brown lives need to matter first. I am an avid supporter of the LGBTQAI+ community.
I help you in your journey to mental wellness by: 1) Using mindfulness and meditation to help people reduce their stress and see things from a new perspective, 2) Challenging your thoughts and behaviors when they seem to not be working for you, 3) Utilizing specific trauma techniques like EMDR and EFT (please Google these as they are amazing therapies!)
We are all in need of that kind of help sometimes. It is ok to reach out and get that help! I serve people by reminding them of their strength, finding their way back to what worked before, and finding new methods to address major life changes.
