My approach works towards viewing individuals within our society's harmful systems and helping develop coping skills, knowledge about their own autonomy, pleasure, and connection. Through various somatic-based and emotion-centered therapeutic tools, I tailor each treatment strategy to the specific client so that they may grow in ways that work for them.
I have experience providing therapeutic services for LGBTQIA+ youth and adults, PLWHA, survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence, kink/BDSM practitioners, people in polyamorous, non-monogamous, & RA dynamics, and sex workers.
