The foundation of my work is mindfulness-based, meditation-based, strengths-based, and informed by the current neuroscientic research. I am trained and experienced in EMDR, somatic therapy, ego state therapy, buddhist-informed psychotherapy, psychodynamic therapy, direct inquiry, animal assisted therapy and other modalities to provide you the best possible care through a treatment approach tailored to you within a safe, respectful, supportive and collaborative healing environment.
My own spiritual path and buddhist training have greatly deepened my ability to be present to myself and others, both as a therapist and person. I deeply care about people and continue to seek and to learn the wisdom of compassion in all things.
