Welcome. You may have arrived here seeking a sense of calm, safety, connection, confidence, clarity, motivation, or life balance. You may be grappling with difficult life transitions, relationship challenges, early parenthood, or trauma experiences that have given rise to feelings of exhaustion, sadness, isolation, fear, overwhelm, anger, or confusion. These burdens can make it hard to find joy and meaning, feel connected to loved ones, or show up in your daily life. With compassion and acceptance, I'm here to support you in healing the past, coping and thriving in the present, and taking steps towards the life you aspire to live.
Together we will explore the connection between mind and body and work towards increasing self awareness, compassion, acceptance, empowerment and resiliency, as well as initiating positive change. We may explore emotions, thoughts, behaviors, sensations, habits, patterns, beliefs, familial dynamics, and socio-cultural factors that shape your experience.
Therapy is a vulnerable process that emerges through connection. We will work together to create a safe and supportive space for you to share and explore your experience, nurture your healing process, and take steps towards the life changes you are seeking. Please reach out to learn more about me and explore if I might be a good fit for you.
