If you've reached an unbearable depth because of family conflict, past trauma, career or academic related issues, or just daily stressors, I can assist with being the ladder out of the darkness.
My ideal client struggles with periods of sadness, has frequent worries, and has experienced past situations that they are looking to be guided through. My therapy style includes building a strong therapeutic relationship, educating you on techniques to manage stressors, and providing you a place to process and release hurts.
With me, you will experience a therapeutic space that is non-judgmental, inclusive, and compassionate. As a BIPOC therapist, I counsel with culturally responsive care and am LGBTQ+ affirming. In addition, I hold confidential and professional space for other therapists and counseling students to receive their own healing.
