About
Committing to the therapy process can be intimidating and it can leave you feeling a little overwhelmed. As a client, you are asked to disclose the most personal aspects of your life and to process through things which may be overwhelming. As a therapist, I will do my best to make you feel comfortable to process through the issues which you sought treatment for.
I have 11 years of experience providing individual or family therapy to children, adolescents, and families. I use a client centered approach and would often use play therapy techniques and motivational interviewing during sessions. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have experience providing acute grief counseling to adults
I would love to be able to assist you in processing through the issues that is bringing you to seek out therapy. Please feel free to reach out.
