My areas of specialty are adolescent therapy, grief and loss, anxiety disorders, depression, and self-harming behaviors. As a graduate of the Wake Forest mental health counseling program, I am committed to helping adolescents and adults find healing and resolution through a therapeutic journey. I utilize several therapeutic techniques and approaches including person centered therapy, sand play, expressive arts therapy, dream work, EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy.
You will find that I am a compassionate, engaging therapist dedicated to helping you identify opportunities to heal and grow. I understand the courage it takes to pursue therapy and I welcome the opportunity to join you or your child on that journey!
My practice is located in Kernersville, just 15 minutes from High Point and Winston Salem right off of Business 40. I have a small office near Main Street that creates a comforting, non-clinical atmosphere of healing and support. Evening hour appointments are available.
