As a dedicated mental health counselor, I provide compassionate and effective counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My clinical training includes expertise in body image concerns, emotional regulation, trauma, and parent support.
I am passionate about guiding, educating, and empowering clients and their families to prioritize mental wellness while advocating for stigma reduction through positivity and self-acceptance. I am culturally competent and fluent in Somali.
