Domestic Violence Intervention Program is designed to help individuals take responsibility and accountability for their thinking, feeling, and behaviors in efforts to stop the violence in their families and relationships. The program’s guiding principles are accountability and responsibility. Groups are designed specifically to promote and teach responsible and accountable behaviors. The program is based on a holistic approach to stopping both immediate violence and abuse and the trans-generational aspects of family violence. We offer programs for both male and female perpetrators.

The program is designed to help individuals reduce risk any type of alcohol or drug program, self assessment to help people understand and accept the need to make changes to protect the things most value in their lives, help individuals to understand their high and low risk choices; involvement with 5 stages of change. Participates will gain a perspective on addiction prevention; establish working relationship with probation officer; encourage growth and development, etc. The program’s guiding principles are awareness, responsibility, and management.

PFL 420 Course | Alcohol & Drug Awareness (8hrs)
This education program focuses on educating individuals on making low risk versus high risk choices in regards to marijuana and other drugs. In addition, individuals focus on self-assessment to assist them in self-assessing his or her own level of progression toward marijuana or alcohol or drug problems and assisting the individual in mapping and using social/psychological assets to overcome his or her barriers and to succeed at making low-risk choices in the future.
