Our Team
Let's be real: life often throws the hardest curveballs, which leave us feeling damaged, lost, and fearful of how to recover or return to "how things used to be." Too often, we feel unheard and alone in our darkness. And more often than not, we experience the greatest heartache from those closest to us: partners, family members, or friends. Whether you're carrying the weight of past trauma or struggling through recent challenges, my hope is to walk alongside you as you move toward peace, one step at a time.

Life is full of transitions, both expected and unexpected. It’s natural to feel uncertain or even resistant when things shift in ways we didn’t plan. These moments invite us to be human, to acknowledge disappointment and pain, while also creating space for growth, healing, and new possibilities.
I believe everyone holds inner strengths that can be awakened in challenging times, and therapy can serve as a catalyst for that change.

The experiences we carry, the relationships we navigate, and the challenges we encounter can sometimes make it difficult to feel connected to our authentic selves. In our work together, I hope to offer a space to slow down, explore the complexities of your story, and better understand the experiences that have shaped who you are today. While taking the first step toward healing and rediscovering yourself can feel overwhelming, it can also become the beginning of a meaningful journey toward self-awareness and acceptance.

I believe in the transformative power of therapy to address problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, and conflicts within relationships. Taking this courageous step can lead to creating healthier versions of oneself by navigating painful emotions and enhancing self-worth and relationships.

It is said that the role of an interpreter is to bridge the communication gap between two or more parties who do not speak the same language. As a person who grew up dreaming of becoming a UN interpreter, I am a therapist whose passion is to help translate the language of the heart to help individuals increase personal insight and understanding of their emotion to better connect and strengthen their relationships with others. If you feel that your effort to improve your relationship with loved ones is not working, allow me to come alongside and help you.

Life's journey often presents challenges that can feel like roadblocks. Anxiety and depression can leave us feeling trapped, making it difficult to embrace life fully. The pressures of marriage, parenting, and work can overwhelm us, causing our lives to feel like they're unraveling. If you find yourself struggling to regulate your mood or manage daily life—perhaps due to ADHD—know that you’re not alone.

We may not always remember the exact words spoken, but we remember how someone made us feel. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—one where trust becomes the foundation for honest and meaningful conversations. I’ve had the opportunity to live in several countries, and this exposure to diverse cultures has shaped me to be adaptable, sensitive, and deeply respectful of people’s differences. While each culture holds its own unique values and beliefs, one truth has remained clear to me: the power of a genuine and safe relationship. That truth lies at the heart of my work.

Healing from trauma is possible, and you don't have to face it alone. I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy. Whether you're struggling with childhood trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, attachment wounds, relational trauma, generational trauma, or overwhelming stress, I provide a safe space where healing can begin. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I integrate EMDR and IFS to help you heal the root of your challenges, not just manage symptoms.
