I am a trauma-informed therapist and I work with people of all ages who experience difficulties revolving around trauma, depression, anxiety, and adoption related issues. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents. My style is integrative and relaxed.

I am a student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at John Carroll University and a Counselor Trainee (CT) in the state of Ohio. I am currently working under the supervision of Michelle M. Paul, LPCC-S at Impact Counseling Solutions. I provide counseling services to adults and teens and have experience treating depression, anxiety, self-harm, and self-esteem issues, substance abuse disorders and co occurring mental health disorders, as well as supporting those who are navigating life transitions, family conflict and interpersonal relationships.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor supervisor in the state of Ohio. My specialties include the treatment of anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related disorders. I offer diagnostic assessment and empirically based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but use a combination of therapy techniques based on patients’ needs including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques with an emphasis on social skills training. We also offer therapeutic/relaxation massage, Reiki therapy, and guided meditation.

We experience pressures that leave us feeling unbalanced and stressed out in our lives. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) we can work together to bring the balance back into your life. I've had the sincere pleasure of being a therapist for 35 years. Having worked in a variety of settings has prepared me to be able to provide compassionate guidance to people wrestling with mood disorders (anxiety, depression and bi-polar) as well as to those experiencing struggles in their relationships (marital and family). For the past ten years in private practice, I have continued to assist others using a variety of therapeutic approaches: psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, relaxation and coping skills, grief therapy and assertiveness training.
