I specialize in trauma, anxiety, grief. depression, and couples therapy — and I bring certified, evidence-based tools to every session, including EMDR for trauma processing and Gottman methods.

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, professionals & first responders to manage life's difficulties and work towards their mental and emotional well-being. I take a client-centered, empathetic approach to treatment for trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, spiritual abuse, anger management, self-worth, burnout and boundary setting.

I work with individuals navigating grief, loneliness, & life transitions. As a male counselor, I understand the unique pressure men face when it comes to asking for help. A 10-week closed group for adult men navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, or the quiet weight of trying to meet everyone's expectations.
