It is a beautiful thing to sit with another and provide empathetic listening and compassion. I provide open and honest reflections and I ask for the same from those that share space and time with me. Curiosity and compassion makes the space I share with others incredibly sacred. My therapy is rooted in understanding and growth and I believe that the therapist and client can grow together and learn from one another. I truly look forward to meeting you!
First and foremost, I believe I can help by being present and engaged. I want my space to feel safe to you and I want to provide authenticity, helpful thoughts, and perspective on what client's might be struggling with. My specialities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reframing and Challenging, and Behavior Modification, and elements of body work.
I focus on compassionate listening and connection throughout my therapy session. Most importantly, I want to create a safe and inclusive space in my little cozy spot, whether we are meeting in person or via tele-health. I want therapy to be client driven and it is important for me to be present to what my clients want to work on in our sessions.
