Adults (18+) who identify as part of the APIDA community. CA residents only. 6 sessions on Tuesdays at 12pm, starting on 11/8. This is a support group that will be a space to share and learn from others with similar experiences and to learn some coping skills. Group sessions will be held online via Zoom Why? Support groups dedicated to members of the APIDA community can be helpful for feeling more comfortable by receiving culturally affirming care.
