What brings you to therapy? A sense of commitment to your mental health? Is it a need to process and work through intense or complicated life events? Perhaps you have a desire to challenge or re-author the old narratives that you’ve carried from your past? Whatever brings you here, I want you to know that it is ok. I’m not here to judge – instead, my goal is to build an authentic trusting relationship with you so we can navigate the hard and often uncomfortable parts of life together. More than anything, I want you to know that you are not alone.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” – Carl Rogers. There are times in life when we need a safe, non-judgmental space to show up authentically and be fully seen and heard. I offer a gentle, relationally attuned space for deep inner exploration. I support adults 18+ navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and more. I also work with couples to navigate conflict with compassion, reduce relational stress, and deepen intimacy through greater understanding and emotional connection.

Maybe you just have a feeling that something's off. Maybe you already have a diagnosis. Maybe a word you found online at 2 a.m. once explained everything for about a week. All of that is a fine place to start. Does your anxiety turn the future into a permanent present, rehearsing conversations that haven't happened? Or maybe it's the opposite: things you used to love read like someone else's list? Does every day feel like forty open tabs? Or is it a mind that works beautifully, just not on command? Is there a feeling that won't settle, like checking the lock again, until it's "just right"?

Starting therapy takes courage. Whether you’re grieving a loss, navigating a life transition, or feeling weighed down by anxiety or relationship stress, you don’t have to do it alone. I work with young adults, teens, and parents who are trying to find steadiness and connection through life's challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed practices, and grief-specific training to tailor our work to your needs. Together, we’ll explore what’s felt heavy, build practical coping tools, and help you reconnect with what brings meaning to your life.
