3 Weds. Therapy Groups-7:45am, 4:45pm, 6:30pm
All my groups are ongoing adult groups groups-addressing issues such as depression, social anxiety, etc. I believe the best way to understand people's feelings is by examining them in relationship. Most of the people I see therefore eventually end up joining a group, where they can experience and understand how they defend against many feelings in the present moment. These feelings are explored with others who are feeling similarly in a climate of curiosity and tolerance. Group is a wonderful place to gain support and insight into one's self and to practice new ways of relating.
