As we become less reactive, we find we have more agency in our lives. We communicate better with others, develop more meaningful relationships, and begin to live the lives we always dreamed of living.
Using a holistic and psychodynamic approach—including mindfulness, body awareness, and bringing unconscious material to light—we’ll explore the layers of your psyche, address unresolved trauma (if it feels safe to), and create a therapeutic space that honors your unique journey towards wholeness.
