First of all, I just want to honor you for taking this step to invest in yourself. Working on yourself isn't easy but you don't have to do it alone. My approach combines traditional talk therapy, IFS, EMDR, and mindfulness. Intentionally combined to help empower you, identify limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies so that you love yourself, heal, and feel at peace with yourself. I also enjoy working with clients struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
