I have a broad range of experience from helping individuals tackle anxiety and depression, navigate life transitions, parenthood, end of life, and crisis. I would be happy to integrate spirituality into sessions if desired.
I am available Monday, Thursday and Friday in Delaware, OH or virtually. I am currently completing my masters to become an LISW and am under supervision. This allows me to offered a significantly reduced rate for self pay clients. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with questions!
