I am a licensed clinician who provides a comprehensive range of mental health services, encompassing both traditional and innovative approaches. I am licensed to practice in CA, FL, WI, MD, VA, NJ, TX, VM and NJ As a clinician I am committed to serving communities through active collaboration with domestic courts and local community agencies, as well as establishing valuable partnerships with academic institutions and small businesses.
I am here to provide support to individuals navigating various mental health challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and other conditions. To ensure services are accessible and can meet a wide range of needs, I also offer clinical supervision, care coordination, and individual, family, and marriage counseling via telehealth.
Therapy is a very personal journey, and what works well for one person may not be the best approach for another. My philosophy is that effective therapy goes beyond simply listening. I believe in actively engaging with clients to provide the most supportive and beneficial experience.
