I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia & South Carolina. Anxiety, depression, and phase of life are the focus areas of practice. My approach to therapy is grounded in a person-centered philosophy, incorporating CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused brief therapy.
