I have more than 15 years of experience. My specialties include anxiety, anger, stress, depression and relationship issues. I use evidenced based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention (for OCD), mindfulness, relaxation techniques, coping skills and the Gottman Relationship Check-up (assessment tool for couples).
I offer in-person and video sessions. I have a comfortable and inviting private office and waiting room. For video sessions, I use a HIPAA compliant platform that does not record and is encrypted for your privacy. My hours are flexible with evening appointments until 8 pm.
