We can’t turn things into something they’re not, but we can re-frame them and change their meaning. I will work with you to help them build on your strengths to identify and achieve your goals. In therapy I draw on styles and techniques that are the helpful for your individual situation, providing a space where you have the authority and ability to grow in the direction you choose.
I have special training (EMDR) in working with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. I understand how life altering experiences can lead to disruptions in your daily life. My therapy approach is strength-based; with you I will design and tailor individual sessions to help you reach your optimal potential and heal your emotional wounds.
