Hello, my name is Delelah, but you can call me DeeDee. I have spent my career working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I enjoy working with those who struggle with anger, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and trauma. My goal is to help others in creating their own sense of healthy emotional expression, improve communication skills, strengthen conflict management, and to empower clients to create the best version of themselves and build the life they want.
I utilize a holistic approach with clients and tailor their treatment plan to fit their specific needs. I tend to focus on Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), humanistic therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I am also Gottman Level II trained for couples therapy.
I encourage my clients to show compassion, empathy, and patience not only to others, but to themselves, as well. I believe that with the right support and guidance, everyone has the potential to find meaning and purpose, and to create a life of authenticity and fulfillment.
