Let's be so honest: finding a therapist that's a good fit can be hard. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. Whether it's adolescents navigating a world that can feel overwhelming, adults going through it, or older adults trying to figure out what comes next. My clients come in carrying all kinds of challenges: relationship stress, identity questions, life transitions, and everything in between. One thing they have in common is a readiness to show up honestly and do something different. I also offer coaching for those seeking intentional growth outside of traditional therapy.
My approach is person-centered, meaning I'm not here to hand you a roadmap. I'm here to walk alongside you while you build the roadmap, at your own pace. I'm real with my clients, I won't hide behind clinical language because that's just not me. I take the therapeutic relationship seriously because I firmly believe it's the most powerful tool we've got.
