My approach is integrative and I incorporate different methods from therapeutic approaches that I find most helpful. To me, my role as a therapist is to support you in whatever it is that challenges you and your relationships, and to offer you the tools and perspective to find healing in your life.
I specialize in working with couples who are struggling with their relationship. I address your emotional disconnection and collaborate with you on what you both ultimately need and want from each other. With individuals, I work to help you heal the anxiety or depression that is weighing you down in life. I work with both women’s and men’s issues.
