I want to work with clients who are ready and willing to work hard. Clients that understand that challenges may arise, and the process may be uncomfortable at times. In order to create meaningful progress, they are willing to contribute to the development of the therapeutic relationship. The goal is to improve self-esteem, process, and heal from the trauma, and apply healthy coping skills.
A combination of narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, the Gottman Method, and solution-focused therapy is used in my practice. Each step in this process is adapted to your individual needs, keeping in mind that the circumstances are unique to you.
