As a U.S. Air Force veteran, military spouse, former military healthcare professional, and Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), I offer DBT-informed coaching and integrative wellness services. My approach integrates from CBT-informed, mindfulness-based, Motivational Interviewing principles, Internal Family Systems-informed care, and systemic family constellations.

Many people tell me they feel deeply seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My intention is to provide a supportive space where you can reconnect with your authentic self, strengthen your inner resources, and move forward with greater confidence.
