As a seasoned mental health professional with over 25 years in the field, I have supported individuals with life challenges by providing a safe space to process traumatic life events, mental health, and substance use challenges, and recover from loss and grief.
I have worked with children, families, couples and individuals of all ages. In the last 5 years I have focused on military veterans, adults 40 and over, individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma exposure, and navigating life transitions.
An eclectic approach to therapy allows me to customize the clinical strategy to address your specific challenges/concerns, goals, and preferences. To ensure my clients receive the best therapeutic support, I focus on evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, mindfulness-based, and grief therapy.
