I have 17 years of experience in the mental health field. Before changing careers, I was in the business world so I know what life can be like from that vantage point as well. Undeniably, life can be challenging but if everyday is a challenge, that can be draining, discouraging and can lead to mental and physical health issues. Let’s work on your situation,
