Along with traditional talk therapy, I teach useful skills via evidence based modalities such as meditation, breath awareness, imagery, expressive arts and physical postures (yoga) to facilitate awareness and personal growth.

To lay down new pathways in the brain I utilize evidence based therapeutic interventions that produce physical/bio-chemical and psychologic change-producing greater self-awareness, balance and lasting well-being.
