I work with adults who are feeling the weight of stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or relationship challenges and want support finding their way forward. Many are moving through big transitions, feeling unmotivated, or carrying old hurts they’re ready to understand. I relate—I’ve navigated my own through a long military career, years of teaching, raising two independent adult children, and growing within a long-term marriage. Clients want a space where they can be honest, feel understood, so they can gently unpack their experiences, while reconnecting and igniting the parts of themselves they may have lost along the way.
I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) because it offers life-changing, long-term results without weeks of intense talk therapy. Trauma and stress runs in the background of our minds like apps draining our phones. ART closes those programs so triggers lose their grip. With ART, clients find fast, lasting relief with a renewed sense of calm and clarity.
