I earned my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Chicago. I use strength- and solution-focused strategies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help you identify your inner strengths and put them to work.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and comforting therapeutic environment where you can process your emotions, explore your needs, and build healthy coping skills.
