I’m a psychotherapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, whether that means living with a chronic health condition, adjusting to the changes of parenthood, or finding peace in their relationships. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, drawing from methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support each person’s unique journey toward healing and growth. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lakeland University.
I’ve also completed Brainspotting Phase I training and plan to continue deepening my skills in this powerful approach. Before becoming a therapist, I served in the National Guard, an experience that shaped my appreciation for resilience, connection, and the importance of mental health support.
As a busy mom, I understand how hard it can be to care for yourself while balancing the many demands of daily life. I bring that understanding into my work, offering empathy, insight, and support to those who feel overwhelmed or stretched thin.
