I am Dede Kott, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in treating adults experiencing trauma and related stressors while managing life with/after trauma and loss; navigating related anxiety and depression. In addition to trauma-based work, I am passionate about working with women throughout their various stages of their perinatal journey.
I utilize an eclectic approach with a variety of modalities that support each individual client's needs and goals. I incorporate EMDR, somatic healing and sensorimotor with a neuropsychological approach to support mind and body relatedness to assist in creating safe and healthy relationships with the self and others.
