I specialize in treating trauma and related stressors with older teens and adults in managing life with/after trauma and loss, navigating anxiety and depression. In addition to trauma-based work, I am passionate about working with women throughout their various stages of their perinatal journey.

I utilize an eclectic approach with a variety of modalities that support each individual client's needs and goals. I incorporate somatic healing and sensorimotor with a neuropsychological approach to support mind and body relatedness to assist in creating safe and healthy relationships with the self and others.
