Hi, I'm Deci! Life can feel heavy when you are trying to hold everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling anxious, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to break patterns that no longer feel manageable.
Some are carrying depression, trauma, relationship stress, ADHD symptoms, obsessive thoughts, or substance use concerns. Others may simply feel like they have been surviving for too long and are ready to feel more at peace. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I work with children, adolescents, and adults.
