In our work together we will explore the obstacles, challenges, and triumphs in your life and learn how they inform who you are today. Then, focus on your strengths as a foundation for growth using mindfulness to build a toolkit for transformation.
Grief and loss can show up in numerous ways. I work diligently using mindfulness, sensorimotor psychotherapy (body experiencing) and take a trauma informed approach. I believe in the mind/body continuum as an avenue for processing life experiences. The mind and body are powerful alone, but when you unite them, this is where transformation can begin.
