Seeking help in changing unhelpful cycles and patterns throughout our life is a strong and courageous step. I specialize in overcoming anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. I strive to create a safe and supportive space, free from judgment, where clients from diverse experiences can find their own truths and achieve their mental wellness goals while showing up in the world as their authentic self.
My approach with my clients depends on each client’s needs and choices. I value using both holistic and trauma-informed approaches to help explore my client’s inner and outer worlds. I strive to help each client to get to know their own nervous system and how to regulate it, while simultaneously increasing positive relational dynamics.
I often work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, gender related, life change adjustments, relationship difficulties, and grief. I have extensive experience working with those that have experienced early childhood trauma, first generation, and individuals the LGBTQIA community. I am committed to providing gender affirming care.
