With over 30 years of experience as a therapist and 20 years as a Clinical Supervisor, I specialize in helping individuals heal from both acute and chronic trauma. I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach and incorporate evidence-based trauma therapies, including Brainspotting, EMDR, Flash Technique, EFT (tapping), and Internal Family Systems in my work. I also enjoy working with couples to help repair past ruptures and create sustainable and supportive relationships and families. I have my own company, Deep Creative Living, LLC and I also work as an independent contractor for Roseburg Therapy, LLC dba Stronger Oregon.
Our work together will be tailored specifically for you. With the extensive education, training and experience I have in this field, there are many approaches and interventions we will be able to draw on to suit your individual needs.
