I enjoy working with a wide variety of populations and have been for close to 20 years. I have seen improvement with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety and grief issues by utilizing proven clinical techniques that work. I enjoy getting to know my clients and being able to help them navigate a path to better living.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT is the primary therapy technique I use with clients. It is beneficial when addressing depression, anxiety, grief and substance misuse diagnoses. One must change their thinking to be able to control their behaviors. I am also certified in EMDR to treat these issues effectively and efficiently.

Depression, anxiety and grief can be debilitating and impact all areas of life. Sometimes, all we need is a listening ear, a sounding board, that can relate and give us the direction we need to move forward and become unstuck from the negative.

EMDR is used to address trauma and CBT looks at how your thoughts affect your emotions and behaviors. While in treatment we will explore coping skills to help you in addressing the changes you need to make.
