I have over 20 years of clinical experience in helping people go through crisis, deal with past painful life events, gain control of and overcome distressing symptoms, as well as problem solving and planning for their future. Specialization in anxiety, separation and chronic medical or psychiatric issues.
EMDR certified, a life changing treatment that helps people to move on from past stressful or traumatic experiences. Coping skills are taught to increase calmness and tranquility. Safe place is enhanced through creative art therapy. Supportive and caring environment enhances positive self care and motivation.
